4.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3k77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members may be promoted to higher tiers based on regular activity and loyalty to the platform.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the primary account holder. 3k77 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program and will endeavor to give members advance notice in such cases.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as punishable offenses:

• Assisting minors in creating accounts or playing on their behalf.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software or any other fraudulent methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Bonus fraud or collusion.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Behaving with the intent to harass or harm other users.
• Concealing identity by providing false or misleading information.

In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, the account may be permanently cancelled and the balance forfeited without any prior notice.
